Shipping Policy

At Pharos Marine Electronics, we aim to deliver your marine equipment quickly, safely, and efficiently.
This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, delivery times, and shipping charges.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All regions within Greece (mainland and islands)
  • European Union countries
  • International destinations upon request

For international orders, please contact us in advance at [email protected] to confirm availability and shipping costs.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you immediately and provide alternative options or an estimated delivery date.


3. Shipping Methods & Couriers

We cooperate with reliable courier services for domestic and international deliveries.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Available delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping – 2–5 business days within Greece
  • Express Shipping – 1–2 business days (for eligible destinations)
  • EU/International Shipping – estimated 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs clearance

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The delivery destination
  • The weight and size of your order
  • The selected delivery method

Free delivery applies to orders over €300 and total weight up to 3 kg (within Greece only).
For larger or heavier items, additional shipping charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout.


5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order is shipped.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Remote delivery areas
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Public holidays or customs inspections

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.


6. Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking link.
You can follow your shipment in real-time through the courier’s website until it arrives at your address.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Note the damage on the courier’s delivery receipt before signing.
  2. Take clear photos of the packaging and product.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] to report the issue.

We will work with the courier to resolve the situation promptly.


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking ID.
We will liaise with the courier to locate your shipment and provide updates.


9. In-Store Pickup (if available)

Customers may also arrange local pickup from our facility in Greece by appointment.
