1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery, even if you have already received the goods.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
If the order has not yet shipped, you will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
2. Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be included.
- All accessories, manuals, and labels must be intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
3. Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to request authorization.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to ship your item.
- Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Returned items should be sent to our business address in Greece (provided via email after approval).
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.
Refunds cover only the product purchase price.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or product defect.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order through our website.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will replace the product at no additional cost or provide a full refund if replacement is not possible.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, or modification
- Products without original packaging or missing components
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Electronic components or batteries once installed or used
8. Warranty Claims
Products sold by Pharos Marine Electronics are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the brand’s terms.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not replace our standard return policy.
